Refreshing Cucumber Salad
yum - made just as the recipe says - except I didn't have tomatoes. Both hubby and I enjoyed it! Thanks.

Raspberry Vinaigrette
Yum, was very good and well received by friends at a party. I only changed adding chicken broth as had some vegetarians. Used 1/2 tsp of salt instead.

Southwestern Pasta Salad
awesome! I followed previous cooks' advice: can of jalapenos, a little less lime juice. Yum yum. Even better the next day!
