About this Cook
I am married with a blended family of 5 marvelous children! They range from 16 to 29. All of them are precious and fantastic people. Two kids are still at home and sometimes I think that they are going to stay there forever. I have a nut bar of a dog that I rescued two years ago and he is a cause for concern everyday. However, I would not trade my life for anything.

Cake Mix Cookies VIII
These were excellent. Followed the instructions (other than adding the vanilla as others suggested) and they were scrumptious! I feel bad because I didn't leave any for my son:(, but I couldn't help myself. I don't really know if the vanilla actually made a difference. Next time I will make it without. We made some with peanut butter chips and some with white chocolate chips. We found the peanut butter chips a little over powering. This is a keeper.

Sloppy Joes II
Great recipe! Quick, easy and tasty. My son (16) made it and said that there is no need to by the canned stuff again. He did find it a bit dry so he added a 1/2 can of tomato soup, which added just the right amount of sauce to it. Will definitely make again.

Chicken Florentine Casserole
Fabulous! Used fresh spinach instead of canned. Turned out perfect for me. This would go great over pasta
