Wonderful recipe- thank you! I followed reviewers advice and doubled the broccoli and added 1 cup cheddar cheese. Also 1 tsp mustard powder with the galic. Fabulous as written and as modified! To lower fat you can easily take most of the butter away as well. Will make again and again.
