I love these things!! I have made them several times and they always turn out great. I think the amount of onion soup mix depends on your taste. I always double the recipe and just use one packet but just because I don't like alot of salt and many of my friends don't really like onions. I usually use Giant Eagle brand dinner rolls. I use a cookie scoop for the meat mixture, flatten it and press it onto the top half of roll. It seems to keep the shape that way. Excellent every time. Thanks for a great one!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I wish i could give these more stars. The BEST chocolate chips cookies i've made. One of the very best I've tasted! I had to use some milk chocolate I cut into chunks cause i didn't have enough semi-sweet chips but i didn't think they were too sweet at all. These seem fool-proof. I didn't time them just watched and they came out great every time!!

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This was sooo delicious. I added small chunks of chicken to make it a bit heartier, but without would've still be great. Great with buttery crackers. Thanks for an awesome party dip!!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

I made this for thanksgiving and everyone thought it was really good. Great for special occasions when you should make fresh, but i'll stick with the box stuff for everyday. Thanks

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

This is the second year i have made this and it came out perfect both times. I follow the recipe and instructions exactly, except use a larger pot. Incredibly smooth, everyone loves!

Kabobs

These a wonderful!! I only had 4 hours to marinade so the beef probably could have been better, but the veggies and chicken were excellent. They came off the grill perfectly glazed and slightly sticky!! I only had orange flavor honey but still turned out excellent. Oh, I did think the marinade smelled unappetizing but all's well that ends well!

Meandus' Easy Dinner

I thought this was really just okay the first day. But the next day I enjoyed it quite a bit more. My boyfriend had no complaints at all. Definetly good with ketchup. This is a nice easy comfort meal. Thanks.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

These are by far the best appetizer ever!! Everyone finds them irresistable and they are most requested by my friends for parties. I undercook them a little because I set them out in either a crock pot or covered electric skillet and they crisp up more. Definetly worth the time they take to prepare and I always do a double batch!

Sassy Chicken Enchilada Dip

Sorry, but I thought this was disapointing. I expected something fabulous from all the good reviews but wasn't too impressed. I served this for a decent-sized group of friends, then used some for quesadillas, then finally threw the rest out because there was so much left. I did really like it as a quesadilla filling, but I won't make again as a dip.

Rice-so-Nice

This turned out even better that I anticipated. I did have to uncover it and let it bake a couple minutes longer just because it was pretty soupy, but otherwise perfect recipe. I didn't cut back on butter like others suggested and it was just right to me. I guess it's personal taste. Thanks for a great addition to my recipe collection!

Easy Pheasant Casserole

I made this with chicken just because that's what I had. This was so good. I used califlower, broccoli, mushrooms, corn and carrots and I couldn't have asked for more from a cassorole. Thanks so much for a great, simple, delicious recipe. I will definetly make again.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

This is a great recipe. I don't usually get too excited about stuffed green peppers but my boyfriend and I loved these. The tomato soup was the key, i think. I did add canned corn also. Didn't change a thing otherwise. YUMMY!

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

Baked Corn
