Brown Sugar Smokies
Awesome little snack that everyone raves about. I add a line of catsup to mine before putting the brown sugar on. This boosts the flavor right over the top! Yum!

Classic Macaroni and Cheese
Excellent! Just like Mother used to make, except for the oven temp. 350 is a better temp for baking this. I added a little onion, and a tad more cheese. Also added a little more regular milk to keep it moist. Ummmmm, good!

Potato Salmon Patties
I substituted dry potato flakes with frozen hash browns, then fried until crispy. Oh were these ever good!
