Quinoa and Black Beans
I asolutely love the flavor of this dish, unfortunately the two times that I have made it, it was too watery. I figured the measurements were correct (2 cups of liquid for every cup of quinoa), b/c it's similar to rice. I will try to reduce liquid to see if that helps.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I really wanted to like this recipe given all the amazing reviews, but I honestly didn't. I was looking for a parmesan tilapia recipe that didn't involve a super creamy topping, as my SO can't really deal with creamy sauces. He loved it, so I guess all in all - mission accomplished! I did add breadcrumbs to thicken it up a bit, as well as minced garlic since it needed a little something.

Tasty Green Beans
I really did like this recipe a lot, my only complaint is that it is a tad too salty. I even used reduced sodium soy sauce, and half the amount of bullion, next time I will use a little less. I used shallots instead of onions, and frozen steam in the bag green beans and it was still very good.
