I love baking, and I love to cook foods from my Italian heritage. I am not afraid to try new recipes I am always on the look out for new meals to make for my family.

At Christmas time my Nonnie use to make 15-20 different kinds of cookies since she fell ill I have taken on the family tradition.
My cooking triumphs
making a Princess castle cake out of icecream cones and a 13X9 cake.

Cooking dry kidney beans. They never come out right!
