I just graduated from college, and ran off to europe! All I know is that I want to be a food writer, work as a pastry chef, and someday open a champagne bar! How I will get there is a total mystery! I really love to bake, it is therapy for me! a lovely 4 layer carrot cake that i made out of boredom one january when we were iced in. We just happend to have all the ingrediants on hand! also, berry pies in the summer time, finally being able to make my own crust! i have been known to occasionally forget the baking soda. I wouldn't recommend it!
