Crustless Spinach Quiche
I made this more for my boyfriend than for me since I'm really not into quiche. But I tried it and loved it just as much as he did! I did make a few small changes to make it a bit healthier... I used only 1 1/2 cups of reduced fat feta cheese and I used a little more spinach (I used canned, not frozen). I also added a little scallion. It was delicious!! This is my new favorite on the go breakfast!!

Addictive to say the very least! I followed this recipe to the letter and it come out fabulous. My family devoured it within hours! I used Pillsbury buttermilk biscuits... yummy yummy perfection ;)

Best Brownies
Delicious brownies! I doubled the recipe and took the advice of another reviewer and used 3 eggs instead of 4. I also added about a 1/2 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips. I also did not make the icing. They were perfect, and very easy to make. I will never make my brownies from a mix again!
