Chocolate Covered Caramels
this were so disappointing. After following the directions exactly, they were impossible to cut. I did not give these to anyone for fear they would pull out their fillings.

Raspberry Chocolate Supremes
I always get a lot of compliments when I make these bars. They are a bit messy, but keeping them refrigerated helps. The only modification I make to the recipe is to sprinkle a few sliced almonds on the top. Delicious!

Amanda's Stuffed Peppers
These peppers were very good. A nice change from the rice and beef stuffed peppers. The cheese makes these especially yummy. Will definitely make again. Thanks!
