Quick Chinese-Style Vermicelli (Rice Noodles)
I skipped the chili sauce because I had none, and it was srill delicious. Is the chili sauce the kind that looks like catsup or is it a special Chinese ingredient?

Chicken Cordon Bleu Bites
these are very good, but you forgot to include the parmesan flavored bread crumbs to roll the balls in. I remembered that from the article blurb.

Salt and Spice Pork Wrap
A WHOLE tablespoon of onion salt for one serving? It sounds good but I would reduce the amount of onion salt .
