Platski
These were tasty. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil and made them a little thicker than they were probably meant to be. But, they were still delicious. I cut the recipe in half so ended up with two big "pancakes". I put one on a plate sprinkled it with shredded sharp cheddar cheese and then put the other on on top of that and put more cheese on top. Served it as a side dish in the shape of a piece of pie with the Neat Sloppy Joe recipe from this site. Will add this to the recipe box!

Neat Sloppy Joes
This was delicious! It has just the right amount of brown sugar to make it sweet. Only thing I didn't different was I left out the celery because I didn't have any on hand. It still came out GREAT! Will be adding this to the recipe box.

Mom's Best Pork Chops
Delicious! My hubby and I don't eat a lot of pork because we never can find a recipe that works with them but this hit the spot! The only alterations I made was I used pork sirloin steaks instead of chops and olive oil instead of vegetable oil. My husband also doesn't care for saltines much but he raved about the "batter" on this pork! Will definitely add this to the recipe box! Thanks for sharing.
