Chicken and Dumplings III
This is so easy and delicious. I sauteed some onion, carrots and celery and added that. I cooked the chicken in low sodium chicken broth. I also ladeled out some of the broth and added a tablespoon of flour to make a roux, it thickened the broth just a little. I also added some veggies I had in the fridge, green beans, peas. Everyone really liked it.
