Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Absolutely fantastic! It was very easy to make. My co-workers loved it. I'll definitely make this again.

Perfect for people who don't bake much (or in my case, at all)! Amazingly simple with a wonderful taste. Two coworkers asked for the recipe at our Thanksgiving function. Made two more pies for the family and they loved it! This one's a keeper!

Yakisoba Chicken

Extremely tasty. Even my mother (who doesn't really do spicy food) enjoyed it. I think you could even skip the soba noodles all together if you really wanted to. Tip: If you've pre-soaked your noodles and left them to settle while you cook the rest of the recipe, it would probably be a good a idea to give them a quick rinse (and move them around a bit) just before you place them in the skillet, just so they can separate. I didn't do that, and I wound up with globs or noodles stuck together. Still tasted pretty good, but each noodle didn't get coated with the spicy sauce.

Caramelized French Toast

Warning: This recipe will drive your dentist up the wall! But I daresay it's worth it. Also, the instructions should be revised to add those helpful tips located in some of the reviews (ie. lower heat, add boiling water to sugar for smoother finish). Mine turned more into CANDIED French Toast rather caramelized. Other than that, the french toast was wonderfully sweet.
