I loved these and so did the older kid. The younger two did not want to try the orange syrup-glaze, but still loved the pancakes. My did not turn out dry, overly sweet (and I am NOT a sweet eater), or too orange-y(I love oranges, though). I was afraid they would be too sweet because of all the sugar, but the orange juice helped cancel it out. I guess it depends on the kind of orange juice you have.
