Baked Potato Soup
Amazing! I went off what I had at home so instead of an onion I used 2 shallots and I didn't have any hot pepper sauce. Additionally I wanted to use up some portobello mushrooms so I diced and threw them in with the chicken broth. So yummy my roommates ate it all! The thickness of the soup was awesome (mind you I'm heavy handed when it comes to putting in flour for soups) and the flavor was delicious. I will definately be making this again.
