I have two young boys that are very picky eaters. I've been in the Army for almost seven years so I have to find a way to make a good dinner for to picky eaters in a very short amount of time. Well, I love cooking all kinds of things. My boyfriend is Mexican so I'm really trying to find some good AUTHENTIC mexican recipes. It's so nerve racking cooking Mexican food for someone from Mexico. My slow cooker has become my new best friend. My family never really sat down and ate dinner. My mom never cooked and my dad always cooked the same things, mostly hamburger helper. I want to start some cooking traditions with my kids because my family never had any Too many to count. I never cooked growing up but having children gave me a reason to learn how to cook and I love cooking EVERYTHING
