Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
The taste was good, but I didn't care for the consistancy. I think others were right when they say the tomatoes need pureed. Also, it is a bit bland, so next time I would add more garlic or italian herbs. My husband hates any meal that doesn't have meat in it, so I added a shredded chicken breast, and that made it hartier. Also we used cheese filled tortilleni as the pasta.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
I really wanted to like this recipe. It was actually on the expensive side to make and it wasn't as good as I was hoping. I followed the advice of others and added 8 ounces of cream cheese. I think that detracted from the recipe because my dip tasted quite bland. I also didn't roast the garlic and just added jared minced garlic. If you're making it for the first time I would stick to the recipe and then make changes after you try it as written. I doctored it w/o trying the original recipe and I think I would have been better off following it to the letter. The presentation was nice, the taste was bland.
