Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo

BEWARE this is not a fish taco recipe! It is a recipe that will make even your kids LOVE fish. This is delightful! My kids won't eat the tacos because of the spicyness but I made them just the fish and they tore it up! I adored the chipotle slaw. Not a mouthful was left. I was worried that after 4 hours of the fish being in lime juice it would be over cooked since acid cooks fish on its own. But it stayed light and delicate and the honey lime sauce was just the cherry on top to this recipe! This went in my recipe box and I will make it again and again!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These are the pancakes I remember my Mom making when I was a kid but could never master the technique. Who knew they were so easy. JUST PERFECT everytime - Light and fluffy like a pancake should be!

Sweet Coated Pecans

Excellent recipe. I was looking for a recipe for nuts to put in a salad. This was perfect! I used them in a gorgonzola and pear salad and they worked beautifully! Thanks!

This was incredible! One of the best recipes I have come across from the site. I added a little fresh lemon juice to the glaze but other than that kept everything else true to the original!

Shepherd's Pie VI

Very, very good recipe! I added peas and left the carrots whole but other than that followed the recipe. It was a recipe I will make again and again. The potatoes on top are excellent!

Pistachio Cake III

I love this cake and make it often. Everyone at work loves it too. I frost it will a 16 oz container of Cool Whip mixed with a box of instant pistachio pudding and it is very moist and fabulous! I bake it in a bundt pan and it comes out perfect everytime.

Easy Cheap and Yummy Casserole

Butterscotch Cake I

Really, Really good. I made this because I accidently bought the butterscotch pudding you have to cook instead of instant. I didn't know what to do with it so I made this cake! I didn't use the chips on top but this cake is excellent without them.

Vinegar Pie IX

I had never had vinegar pie before but it sounded interesting. I LOVED it and this recipe was easy. It is fantastic with whipped cream and I also doubled the recipe to make a full pie.

Country Chicken
