These cupcakes did not turn out the way I had hoped. I followed the recipe exactly (only omitting the cinnamon). The texture of the cupcakes was really dense and not moist at all. I will continue my search for the perfect moist PB cupcake recipe!

Fruit Dip

I made this dip for a bridal shower and it was great! Not too sweet and light and fluffy. I used fat free marshmellow cream and 1/3 fat cream cheese. Still tasted great with any fruit!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff II

This recipe was pretty good. I did follow the other's suggestions and added onion soup mix and reduced the amount of water. My husband really enjoyed it.

Mini Sweet Potato Pies

I made these for Thanksgiving and they are tasty little pies. I do think the measurements are way off though! I had enough batter to make 60 pies! I used the mini-muffin pan and used four frozen pie crusts to line the pans. You could easily half this recipe and have more than enough.

Orange Salmon II

I'm constantly trying to come up with new ways to cook salmon, and this was definitely unique. My husband and I liked it, but the taste was a little too mild for us. Very moist though!

Tater Tot Casserole II

This recipe was great and even my casserole-phobic husband liked it. I used regular milk and it turned out fine. I also added some cheddar cheese on top. Good stuff!
