Deviled Chicken I
Does anyone have a recipe that can utilize a half-baked chicken? I got halfway into this recipe and then realized the spices DO NOT mix at all, so you're left with a gloppy, clumped-up mess that you can't even BRUSH onto the chicken, much less "pour" as the recipe calls for. This recipe ruined an entire meal for my family; thank goodness for take-out. There's bound to be a better recipe for Deviled Chicken.

Cherry Enchiladas
Talk about easy!...even for a newbie cook like myself! We had a Christmas banquet that we were supposed to provide a "finger food" for, and fortunately I found these. They were such a hit at the Christmas party, that I made a batch of cherry and a batch of peach for our family Christmas dinner, minus the almonds. These are an excellent, quick dessert that will leave an impression on your tasters! Add a dollop of ice cream to make it just right!

Italian Tacos
This one is definitely a keeper; my family of four (which includes a 10-year old, and a VERY PICKY 6-year old) all raved over it. And it's incredibly quick and easy to make. My 6-year old doesn't care for tacos at all, so my wife fixed a little side for her, thinking she would have nothing to do with these. However, the little one ate three of them (with the shells, no less!) and wanted more! My wife and I added crushed red pepper and a spoonful of pinto beans to our tacos, and the added flavor and texture was a big plus. Changing the basic sauce to one of these "flavored" sauces would add an interesting twist, also. But this recipe is a winner just like it stands.
