Green Pea and Mint Soup
We made a double batch of this soup for an appetizer for my parents-in-law and grandparents-in-law, and uncle. Everybody loved it and asked for the recipe.

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake
Really good recipe. I made it for our Bible Study, and ended up emailing a link to it to one of the women that evening. I didn't have sour cream, but successfully substituted plain yogurt. Also, I added almond extract, like I always do, and it was fantastic. -Also, the crunchy topping was very satisfying!

Barbeque Pork Two Ways
Since we made this recipe, we've been enjoying barbeque pork sandwiches for dinner, three nights in a row now! (How quickly college makes you appreciate leftovers...) I replaced 2/3 of the ketchup with barbeque sauce. Also, my batch was very watery about 2 hours before we were to eat, so I took the lid of my crock pot and it evaporated nicely to become thick and delicious.
