Hot Fudge Sauce
Absolutely fantastic, easy and fast!! I used 3 squares semi sweet and 1 square unsweetened and it was just right in terms of sweetness.

Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Made this recipe as stated. I found it to be quite bland and I used all fresh herbs. I added fresh garlic, more chives and approx a tsp of Hidden Valley dry ranch mix.
