Spicy Roasted Edamame
Not terrible. Definitely was a spin on a usually typical vegetable. But it was lacking... something. Maybe it was salt?

Broccoli Shrimp Pasta Toss
Really really good! We make this all of the time. I highly recommend using the bow tie pasta, it totally made a difference to us. (We tried a few other types of pastas.) This is a very light pasta dish, if you want something heavier, perhaps try something like alfredo sauce instead. This is good if you're hungry and want something healthy and light!
