Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Delicious healthier alternative to traditional meatloaf. Easy to modify to give it different tastes. Excellent.

This is a great twice baked recipe! A lot of work for potatoes, but the finished product is well worth it. I add sliced black olives to this as well. I make these in large batches and individually freeze them after refilling the skins. That way I always have a great side at the ready!

Best Tuna Casserole

I've made this several times. Excellent tuna casserole. I add an extra can of tuna and season with some garlic, onion, and cayenne powders to taste. It does get dry around the edges in a rectangular dish, so add more soup or use a circular casserole dish.

My Meatloaf

Very solid meatloaf. Onion soup mix gives it great flavor without the tears from real onions. Only things I add when I make this is a few cloves of minced garlic and some shredded cheddar cheese.

Easy and Fast Cajun Chicken Caesar Salad

Tex-Mex Burger with Cajun Mayo

These burgers are delicious and the cajun mayo would make a great sauce to use on any burger. I used regular hamburger for convenience. I actually found the burgers to be a bit too moist, so I would probably use dried minced onion or onion powder in the future.

Manicotti Alla Romana

Fantastic! I have made this over and over again. I tend to use hot Italian sausage instead of ground beef due to personal taste, but it is great with beef as well. The interplay of the red and white sauces is a lot of fun, and very attractive.

Zuppa Toscana

Very tasty, and yes, very much like the Olive Garden version. I enjoy using hot Italian sausage instead of smoked sausage. Be sure to drain your sausage thoroughly or the grease forms unsightly collections on the surface.

Tater Tot Hot Dish II

Very solid hotdish. I used cheddar cheese soup instead of cream of celery because it is what I had on hand (and who doesn't like cheese anyway). I also added some garlic powder to personal taste. Tasty and simple, yum.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Best pot roast I have had! Following other reviewer suggestions, I rubbed on some garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper and seared it prior to roasting. This simple and delicious recipe makes other pot roast recipes unnecessary.

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles

This was a nice, healthy dish. But it was pretty bland and unremarkable. In the future I may try adding more or different veggies to make it more substantive.
