Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Excellent! I made two of these pie for Thanksgiving. I replaced the spices, except the cinnamon, with 2 tsp of Pumpkin Pie spice. As someone suggested I did add 1/2c of light brown sugar and a touch of honey. Your best bet is to taste the batter (I know a bad thing with raw eggs!) and if in your opinion it needs something...add it.
Everyone raved over my pies, not a bite went to waste, and it has been requested that I make two more for Christmas.
