Easy Peach Cobbler II
This was super easy to make, and delicious. I used Splenda and wheat bread.

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken
Awesome and very easy. I added fresh mushrooms and some green onion. Doubled the 1/2 and 1/2 and mustard. great recipe!

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
this was awesome. i used splenda as others mentioned, so no need to boil. i also added tomatoes. perfect mix of sweet and sour. love it!
