My cooking triumphs
Very proud of the first annual Easter Lamb cake I made this year! He stuck to the form after baking, but we managed to pry him out and stick him back together! He turned out very well, and I can hardly wait to try another one next year!

Grandma's Brown Sugar Drop Cookies
Too much lard, or too little flour. The cookies ended up melting into eachother and turned cakelike, so after the first batch was in for five mins (and we noticed) we mixed everything together onto one cookie sheet. Smells and tastes great...its cooking now and we have high hopes of this becoming good Brown Sugar Squares!!

Banana Cream Pie Made Easy
I liked that it was light and not over sweet, but it could have used a bit more banana flavor, I think the next time instead of one pack banana pudding and one vanilla, I will use two packs of banana pudding. Otherwise even my banana hating fiance didnt mind eating this pie!

Baked Sweet Potatoes
Loved this recipe! I think the only thing that would make it better would be if the potatoes were really crispy on the outside. Maybe next time I will try coating them in flour first!
