Amazingly Good Eggnog
This egg nog has a nice taste but because the eggs were cooked, has a lumpy texture. I prefer the store bought egg nog...or perhaps this recipe without the cooking.

Banana Bread IV
Very moist loaf with a nice mild vanilla flavour. I substituted margarine for the shortening. Thanks!

Oven Pot Roast
This a very easy dish to make. I added fresh onion and a can of mushrooms as well as chopped carrot and potato at about half way through the cooking time. Total cooking time was about 2 hours. It turned out great! Just as promised, it had a wonderful tasty gravy. Thanks for the great recipe.
