I am a single mother of three and have been cooking for 12 years I love watching the expression on people's face after the take a bite of something I've made. I love finding new recipes and adding my own flavor to it. Cooking has always been away for me to escape the stresses of life.

Banana bread,Fried , fried chicken, chicken fried steak,salsa,blackened salmon,cod,mmmmm I'm hungry now!! Oh and chicken and dumplings

I've never been good at making pie crust so I use the store brand.

Asian Orange Chicken
Wow thank you for the great recipe!! I doubled it and it was so good my husband said it was better than Chinese takeout! I will be making this often this is by far the best orange chicken recipe I have ever made THANKS!!!!!!!!

Pasta Lasagna
Very easy and good I would recommend covering with foil before putting in oven so your noddles don't end up crunchy I also used 1 pound of ground beef I felt like it needed more sauce though.
