This recipe is easy to make, tastes great (even the kids loved it!) and makes plenty for leftovers that taste even better the next day. I will make this again!

Not much flavor to this soup, in spite of doubling the spinach. I like my cream soups to be smooth, so I pureed the herb broth before adding cream. Although it was creamy, it was too much work for too little return. I wouldn't make this again.

I tried this salad because I liked a similar one made with oranges. The tangerines I chose were Honey Tangerines--not the best choice--and I had to add honey to make it palatable. If you use tangerines, you will want to be sure they are flavorful and sweet, like Clementines. Avocado or Walnut Oil add a nice flavor as well.
