Chocolate Chip Pancakes

I made these for my daughter and she LOVED them! I made a few changes - 1 c. white flour, 1 c. whole wheat flour. And I used homemade applesauce for the oil. They turned out amazing! We will be making these again!!!

Pork Chops with Pear Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
A nice change from the usual pork recipes. A few changes though. I used canned pears, instead of fresh pears. And I cut the amount of cinnamon in half. Instead of frying the pork chops, I grilled them.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
Came out great! I used a pork lion roast and sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce. I didn't put it back in the oven, I just placed it back in the crock pot for an addt'l hour or so. I also seasoned the meat while it was cooking the broth!

Ultimate Breakfast Casserole

Fantastic recipe! I only added half of the sour cream, and I added an extra egg. I also dislike ham, so I fried breakfast sausage and blotted the grease well. Everyone loved it!!! A must for holiday and get together mornings!!!

Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2007
This recipe is fantastic when you know you are going to have a few busy nights! Makes lots of leftovers. I boiled the chicken breast with some celery, onion and poultry seasoning for flavor. I doubled the amount of dry stuffing - this makes a nice layer - and it helps it to still be crunchy the next night! Came out fantastic!
