Pork Chops Deluxe
I stumbled across this while looking for an easy chopr recipe. Considering the simplicity of it's ingredients, we found this to be excellent just the way it is written. The flavors are not what you would suspect and I'm crediting the mustard as the key ingredient. I may try with a pork tenderloin for the holidays, maybe dress it up a bit, but otherwise it was perfect as is.

Flounder Mediterranean
This was terrific. I love this website because you always have the advantage of those that have cooked before you. I used what I had; diced tomatoes instead of plum, reg. black olives, dried basil and white vermouth. Having seen how thin my fillets were, I actually prepared the sauce in a saute pan and once reduced I added the fillets, spooned the sauce over them and kind of poached the fillets in the sauce. EXCELLENT and couldn't have been easier.

Kielbasa Skillet Stew
My daughter made this last night and it was excellent. Perfect for a winter's night. She didn't use the chilies or the thyme, but I can't see where that would have made a difference. She did mix up the beans, but again, I don't think that would have changed things at all. It was such a great "comfort" type dish. Perfect.
