I have 2 kids, 1 husband and a full time job. I try to pull off dinner most nights for a nice family meal. I love to find great casseroles and big Sunday dinners. I also enjoy trying new recipes! Growing up we used to enjoy a big dish of Chicken Divan and although my husband does not care for it, I plan on passing it on to my kids. Simple and delicious. My triumph will be when I get both my kids to finish a plate of food I have made and then ask for more! To many to talk about!
