Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
Very good and cheap. Uses ingredients on hand in the pantry. I used the food processor and it took only a few seconds to mix.

Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus
I used thinkly sliced deli ham, and it was still sensational. Perfect for creating a good impression when entertaining!

Frosted Nutmeg Logs
4 out of 5 because they taste great, but mine didn't hold their shape. There was no way I was going to be able to roll out the mixture as the consistancy was way to soft. So I put it into a zip lock bag, cut the corner off and piped it into logs on the baking paper. I think it was much quicker that way too! I ended up doing the piping bag trick for the icing too. I think it looked better too
