This is a quick, delicious recipe. The only changes I made was to use a whole lime instead of a half because I really wanted to taste the lime, I used more than two green onions, and I cut the pepper to a half teaspoon because I didn't want it too spicy. Don't skimp on the red wine vinegar - it gives it a fantastic flavor. And for the toppings, I added diced avocado and sour cream. My son and I ate every bite of this recipe and I'm looking forward to making it again soon!

This is a great recipe. The only modifications I made were that I used sirloin steak instead of round steak (which I like better in a stir fry) and instead of the sherry ( I didn't have any) I used a 1/4 cup of orange juice. The next time I make this I'll add some vegetables, like peapods or broccoli, but just the meat and sauce by itself is really good. You would think with the orange zest, marmalade and orange juice I added, the citrus flavor might be too strong, but it was just right! My son raved about it! This is a keeper.

My family raved about these pork chops and it's all about the sauce! I definitely will double the sauce recipe, since the amount was not enough for six boneless chops, plus we wanted extra for dipping! Next time I will put the pork chops on a drip pan and not a baking pan. As the pork chops baked, they sat in a lot of drippings and the the sauce started getting watery. I put the done chops on a different pan and put them under the broiler for a couple of minutes so the remaining sauce would get slightly carmelized. SO GOOD!
