Apple-Cinnamon Syrup

I used 1TBSP of butter; flour instead of cornstarch and diced the golden delicious apples: tastes delicious! I plan on mixing it into my plain yogurt and oatmeal.

Delicious and economical! I added 2 bayleave while beans & ham cooked; then added beef broth when I added the rice. Great dish!

I had some grocery store bing cherries to use up - perfect in this recipe! Few things I did differently: 1/4 cup butter, 3 cups of cherries & sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top before I put it in the oven. Awesome!!!

Mulligatawny Soup I

Upside Down Turkey

My 1st turkey was a hit! I added dried sage, and salt & pepper to the butter then rubbed it under & over the skin. I basted every 45min, and flipped it over for the last 45min. Everyone was pleasantly surprised!
