Blueberry Chicken Salad
I was hesitant about flavors when I read the ingredient list, but this tasted fabulous. I didn't have lemon yogurt, so I substituted vanilla yogurt and added a few splashes of lemon juice. I also served it while the chicken was still warm instead of refrigerating before serving. My husband, who can be very stubborn about good food, loved it too.
I will definitely make this again.
