Beef tenderloin for my mother on Mother's Day. Just what you want - tender and juicy. I made 1.5 pork loins for guests. Put in oven to start (to put on grill later) but only put foil under - what a mess when the grease spilled all over the oven, ran out on the floor, etc! Glad my wife was out running an errand when that happened!
