Zucchini and Pork Soup
This recipe is really good. I leave out the oyster sauce and usually sub italian sauage for the pork chop. Great tasting and healthy.

Jiffy Jambalaya
This was really easy and good. I did make a few small changes. I increased the water to 1 cup, used 2 bags of success boil in bag brown rice (without the bag),5 bun length polish sausages, 3 10oz cans of Rotel dices tomatoes with green chillies, and sauted the onion & green pepper with the polish sausage then drained. Came out great!!

Broccoli Beef I
I liked this recipe a lot. It was quick, simple, healthy and low calorie. I did cheat and use ground ginger, but that didn’t seem to matter.
