Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole
Because i didn't have everything on the ingredients list i had to make some changes and i have to say It Turned Out Great!! I only had cheddar cheese and i'm sure i didn't have a total of 4 cups...more like 2 cups. I also substituted sour cream for the mushroom soup. In fact i'm not sure i would have liked it with mushroom soup. I took the advice of another reviewer and sauted my onion with my cubed chicken rather than boiling the chicken. I also had fresh cilantro, i chopped that up and served it as a garnish on top. that was a nice addition. Will be adding this recipe to my regulars :)

Pumpkin Bread
AMAZING!!!! SUPER moist and the amount of spices are perfection!!! will definitely be making again very soon!!

Parsleyed Rice Pilaf
This was GREAT! It was just just what I was looking for to go with my salmon dish. I didn't have fresh parsley, I used dried and used a little less than 1/4 cup still tasted GREAT! I also used real long grain rice not the instant.
