Zucchini Chocolate Orange Cake
This was an amazing cake!! Instead of using the orange juice glaze, I melted semi-sweet chocolate chips and drizzled it over the cake. I then sprinkled orange zest on the chocolate - Perfect!!

Chocolate Zucchini Cookies
I added one cup of chocolate chips as suggested by other reviewers. They were soft and more cake-like than cookie. Tasty way to use up zucchini.

Banana Bread I
This bread is the best!! As suggested by other review, I added 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla and exchanged 1/2 the sugar with brown sugar. I also added chocolate chips. The texture was great - soft inside and crusty on the outside.
