I am happily married for 18 yrs. I love to cook and bake. Everyone usually ends up at my house for any holiday or occasion that involves Food!! I love to bake and I love trying new recipes.Usually all my recipes turn out the first time!! Yeah... I hate wasting ingredients. My family loves to get together on Holiday and Birthdays. That usually includes very large meals and 8-9 hrs. of cooking for me...but I love it. Several times, I have made the entire Thanksgiving and Easter Dinners and everyone told me they were great!! The first year I was married, I made a huge dinner to impress my Mother-In Law, and at the end while de-boning the Turkey she found the giblets and neck still inside the Cavity.... I was MORTIFIED!! But, I guess everyone has that moment in thier lives...we live thru it but at the time....WOW!!!!!!!!
