California Grilled Veggie Sandwich
This is one of the best sandwiches on Allrecipes!! Every restaurant should have this on their menu.

Baked Ziti I
I made this using Kay's Spaghetti & Lasagna Sauce omitting the peppers (from Allrecipe website). THIS IS DELICIOUS!! Will make again and again.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
This is an excellent recipe for a cornbread/side dish but cut the corn down to the small cans. Way too mushy if you add the whole cans especially the creamed corn. I added just a little sugar -- very good!!
