My name is Vicky and I am 22 years old. I live in Pennsylvania with my mom,dad and sister. I have 2 cats and a dog. I went to vo-tech for two years and I was in the Culinary Arts program there. I also have been attending WCCC(a community college in the area) as a Food Service mgmt major. Although, I have decided to get into pet grooming instead as a career. I am still an amazing chef. I love making Chicken Parm because I am Italian. I also enjoy playing around with things and creating my own dishes. I have yet to fail at anything I have created myself. We always have stuffing at holiday gatherings. My grandma made the best. She wouldn't measure anything so there is no precise measurement. Sadly, she past away in 2003. My mom and aunt are trying to recreate the stuffing my grams made. I don't know?? I've had alot of them. I can't choose just one. I was ten or eleven years old and I wanted to make a french silk pie. What I didn't realize is your not supposed to cook the filling. OOPS...live and learn besides I was young what did I know.
