These cookies were amazing! Firstly - I did chill the dough to help with manipulating it. I flattened a small disk shape first, laid it on the cookie sheet, then applied a small dollap of peanut butter filling in the centre of each disc. Then I flattened another disc of dough, placed it on top, then worked my way around each cookie to seal the filling in. I did have to pick up the cookie and put it in my hand to seal the edges, but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty smooth. Also - I didn't bother with the sugar coating - was pretty sweet to begin with. Amazing flavour combo though! People loved them!

These muffins are the best! And bonus - not a lot of fat in them. I used Oat Bran cereal cause I didn't have oat bran - and still turned out great. I also used 1 cup of whole wheat flour. The wheat germ added such a nice texture to them!

This was great! I used 2 packages of frozen - drained. Sauteed 4 small to medium sized onions with 4 cloves of minced garlic and about 10 chopped up small white mushrooms in 1/4 cup of butter until the onions "melted" and the mushrooms browned - let cool before mixing in flour. I had to increase the flour mixture by 1/2 to keep the texture cause of the additional veggies. I also baked in muffin tins for individual portions. Yummmmy!!!
