Chicken Enchiladas II
I love this recipe and make it about once a month, or whenever I get a request for it.

BLT Pasta Salad
I left out the onion, used Hidden Valley Ranch, and make sure to add the bacon just before serving, as it gets rubbery after a day or so of soaking in the dressing. Very good.

Wine Sauce Chicken
I made this recipe for my in-laws and they loved it. Substituted sour cream for the mayonnaise, and I forgot to top with the almonds and parmesan, but it was still good. Next time I would serve it over noodles or rice.
