I'm a single woman in a large diverse city full of restaurants with cuisine from around the world. I try to eat right and maintain a healthy lifestyle. However, I also have a HUGE sweet tooth! I love to bake cookies and other sweets. Chocolate chip cookies are my specialty (don't let my tragedy fool you) but I'm willing to try other scrumptous desserts! My family is full of cooks. During the holidays, especially Thanksgiving, everyone, from my grandmother to my uncles, offer their specialty to the table. I wanted to make a special Christmas meal for my boyfriend before I left town. The meal turned out great; he felt challenged to try his hand in creating a four course meal for the two of us! I once made chocolate chip cookies using powdered sugar instead of flour! The cookies turned out incredibly sweet and somewhat crystallized.
