Butternut Squash Fries
I had some butternut squash and wanted to do something with them that wasn't too sweet. This was simple and delicious! My 2 year old and I couldn't get enough of them. My 4 year old tolerated them with ketchup and my husband said they were okay. I tossed in olive oil and sprinkled with just a little salt. I put foil on the baking sheet so clean up was a breeze. Personally, I like them better than real fries. Definitely something I will make again.

Slow Cooker Italian Chicken Alfredo
LOVED it and was so excited when my husband did too--seems we rarely agree on what we like to eat. Flavor of sauce was delish and make the house smell great while it cooked. Could it be improved upon? Probably, and I am sure that it can be tweeked to personal taste, but it is amazing that something so easy can taste this good. Thank you for a meal that is going into our regular rotation!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.
My kids and I LOVED them, but my husband said they were too much. They were also quite messy, especially for the kids. I also think that next time I will try leaving the egg out of the cookie dough and see how that works out. LOVE the idea of this cupcake. Maybe I should make some now...
