Easy Pizza Sauce III
Made this tonight for our Friday night pizza and had start fresh after tasting it. Its nice and thick, but beyond that it wasn't much. It was bitter, I tried to salvage it by adding a little sugar, more spice and watering it down. Too much paprika. Will stick to my cooked version.

Alaskan BBQ Salmon
My family and I loved this! We are trying to add more fish to our diet, but was tired of just broiling it. I let it marinate for a couple of hours, then grilled it on heavy duty foil. If you don't it will stick and fall apart. The kids really liked it too. Great way to do Salmon. Doesn't taste fishy at all. Thanks for a great recipe!

Hot or Cold Vegetable Frittata
This is really good! I added another egg and it could have used a couple more. Plus took other reviewers suggestions and only used 1 pkg. of Low fat cream cheese. I'm sure 2 would have been just fine. Also only used 3 slices of bread because thats all I had left! Also, try adding a tsp of dry mustard powder, or a TBS of prepared dijon mustard for that missing zip. I used dry mustard and it had a wonderful flavor. Hubby finished it off at lunch!
